The wording would seem to indicate that you can buy one set when you spend
the qualifying amount but not necessarily that you can buy two sets if you
spend $100. Previous promotions have differed in how they handled that.

Remember that the total is for a single transaction at a single location -
no combining receipts.
FWIW, that's been the policy for special merchandise offers at Disney
World--although I realize that the two locations don't always have
the same policies. They were having a "tote bag for $10 with purchase
of $40" special when I was there last spring, and by buying an Animal
Kingdom Lodge bathrobe and a few other things, I was able to buy
enough tote bags for my whole family.

Yeah, sometimes it's like that at DL as well, but for other offers, it's
been a single purchase over a certain amount, but you don't get credit for
additional increments, so whether you spend $50 or $500, you can only buy
one of the promotional item.
