Thanks for the help.
it's been my experience that, as one shuttle leaves, another is
approaching.
Even at closing time, when the shuttle area is packed, I've never waited
longer than 3 shuttles.
I guess, if you're with a large group, or have strollers, etc.., you
might wait a bit longer.
I'd say it only takes about two minutes for the tram to travel between
the park and the garage (or vice versa). They do run pretty much
non-stop, but there can be occasional slow periods in which there will
be no tram for five minutes or so. Then there's the wait in line to
consider. Often, you can get on the first tram, if it's a day of
light crowds and/or your party is small. But on busy days, you may
have to wait in line for another tram or two to arrive... That can add
another five or ten minutes to the trip.
One other thing to factor in is the walk from your car in the garage
to the tram loading area. If you are lucky enough to be parked right
next to the escalators, you just ride them down and walk a short
distance to the trams. But if you end up parked at the far northwest
corner, it's a long walk back to the escalators - that garage is
huge... you almost need a tram to get to the trams...
