MANY of these can be found at www.ebay.com at MUCH CHEAPER prices (I paid
$22 for Lion King BRAND NEW and $28 for Beauty and The Beast also brand
new). And why pay $30 for Snow White or Bambi when you can buy it at a
Target for 19.99!! If you need a copy for $19.99 e-mail me and I will give
you the number for the Target near me that has them (and yes they do ship to
their other stores, and if you dont have one near you I'll mail it to you as
long as you pre-pay the money and pay the $3 shipping! They have the Jungle
Book, Sleeping Beauty and Peter Pan too!)
Mike
I think you should get your facts straight before accusing someone of something
illegal! Anyone can use this ticket......I called WDW myself and asked
them.....and also knowing several managers (as well as hubby being an
ex-castmember) they all said it is perfectly fine. This is not a castmember
ticket, it is a regular park ticket.
So please, before you decided to harass me, or defamate my character, ger YOUR
facts straight! =)
Have a Disney Day =)
I do have my facts straight, as my Sister was a CM for 6 years and NO TICKET
is transferable. That is why they use the finger monitors to PREVENT people
from selling and transferring the tickets. Maybe you should get YOUR facts
straight before you rip off some poor schmuck who won't be able to use that
ticket!
Mike

um, excuse me, but the person already used the ticket and had no
problems...they are the scan tickets, not the ones where you need an
ID..............so no I did not rip off a poor "scmuck" as you
state.........and I told them if they had any problems using the ticket to
email me immediately and I would return the money.........they went and had no
problems.............you mean to tell me if my huband buys a ticket, I cannot
use the ticket? I physically have to purchase the ticket? I dont' think
so......so respond to emails that you know about instead of starting rumors
that I rip people off!
have a Disney Day!

>um, excuse me, but the person already used the ticket and had no

>ID
and on scan tickets you have to get your fingers scanned. When the ticket is
more than 3 months old the CM's are supposed to check the ID of the person
using the ticket and match it against the name in the computer. If they did
that then there was no way the person could use the ticket. Maybe they
lucked out by getting some slack CM, but the truth is selling the
NON-TRANSFERABLE ticket is still illegal.
>and I told them if they had any problems using the ticket to
>email me immediately and I would return the money.........they went and had
no

so you admit that there was a propensity for problems that you did not state
in your post selling the items.
.............you mean to tell me if my huband buys a ticket, I cannot
>use the ticket?
I believe it only applies to families not "huband" (you were the one to
bring up spelling errors)
I physically have to purchase the ticket? I dont' think
>so......so respond to emails that you know about instead of starting rumors
>that I rip people off!
don't not dont' (you were the one to bring up spelling errors)
The ticket states it is NON-TRANSFERABLE so you are doing something illegal
and by not telling the person that, you are ripping them off.
Mike
where did I bring up a spelling error?????? If you are referring to the word
scmuck, it is b/c that word is a discriminating, racial word.....and wanted to
point out that it was your word, not mine.......so again you are jumping to
conclusions and making your own assumptions.
<< The ticket states it is NON-TRANSFERABLE so you are doing something illegal
and by not telling the person that you are ripping them off. >>
No, the ticket did not say Non-Trans. on it! The ticket does not need to be
ID'd by anyone..........there is no record of who bought the ticket and who
used them....I think you are thinking of some other kind of ticket.
You THINK you know everything just b/c your sister or whoever is a CM, but
every CM does not know everything, and that is why I asked MGT and also someone
in WDW. I offered a refund to the person *if* they had any problems b/c as a
responsible seller, I have to offer a refund.......but was well aware and was
confirmed that they would have absolutely no problem using the tickets.
The ticket was absolutely 100% ligit in selling and I do not like you accusing
me of being a swindler or anything like that. I, as a responsible seller
confimed that they could use the ticket before completing the sale.
So please, don't waste my time with your rubbish remarks.......don't you have
anything better to do with your time than to pretend you are Disney Police? I
have been around many a CM and have even been in the Disney payroll family and
know what I am doing and what is ligit and not.......

Why thank you =) I would much rather do this, maybe now the other "party" will
see how much they are annoying everyone, not just me.
Sorry for any convenience in your downloading and sorry you had to read all
that garbage.
Patti =)
Let the record reflect that you also posted to the group a reply to me. I
posted for the group that the items you were selling could
A) Be found cheaper elsewhere
B) Despite what she says all park hopper passes are non-transferable and do
state so on the back.
You posted back to me on the group and in e-mail, so I did the same.
Mike
You are obviously not Jewish. The word is not racially based nor
discriminating at all. Schmuck is the skin cut off from a circumcision. It
has nothing to do with racial discrimination and if you are trying to call
me a bigot you should remember your own words to me about
"You can be thrown off the internet for falsely accusing me of lying,
degrading my email address or person."
Mike
Ok, this is my last posting on this, but I just have to say this.
Why is it that *some* emails you posted on the board, while other ones calling
me a liar, hypocritical "dolt" and other things were only emailed to me? And
for the last time, you didn't see the pass I sold and I KNOW that it did not
say non-transferable on it....besides...like I said, stop trying to pretend you
are Disney police.
Stop annoying people and take it to the email only. And "let the record
reflect" that you are the one who started this with the gibber-jabber
responses......so what, I can't defend myself? Don't try to ruin someones
reputation on a board if you don't know what you are talking about.
Now stop posting these notes and annoying the people who come here to read
about Disney Collecting........and stop sending me harassing, degrading
personal emails.
Thank you
P.S. I appologize to everyone on this board for this person's inappropriate,
rude behavior. I'm ashamed that they even are in the Disney Collecting
boards.......since obviously they have nothing better to do than harrass people
and can't even experience the real joy of Disney (ok, I'll cut the mushy
stuff...LOL)
Seriously......I do appologize to all of you that have to read this garbage and
I know myself, this will be the last email I post on the boards regarding this
subject.....everything else will be directly to the perpetrator. I encourage
you all to just mark the thread read and go on to reading other worth-while
posting..... =)
Thanks for your patience. =)

And I know you are lying. If you don't want to admit it that is fine but it
is at your customers cost.

>reflect" that you are the one who started this with the gibber-jabber

I posted stating that some of your items could be found cheaper elsewhere
after you did the same to someone elses post. If you are going to defend
your right to post what you want for sale at whatever price you want in the
secondary market than you should leave other people FS posts alone also.
That is why you are a hypocrite.
Also I noticed that you were selling a ticket which is non-transferable
(which it is no matter how many times you may lie to the people on the
group)

I already have you kill filtered from my e-mail address so you don't have to
worry about replying to anything you send me. As far as harassment you
e-mailed ME first therefore leaving yourself open to any e-mail replies. As
far as the degrading part you are lying about the ticket, and if you wish to
make a federal case about it go for it.
>
>P.S. I appologize to everyone on this board for this person's

The same could be said about you. People asked us to take it to e-mail but
yet you still post to the boards. Not like you could e-mail me anyways as
after you started claiming harassment (something that again is a blatant
lie, and which I can prove with the e-mail messages we have traded) I
decided no more personal e-mails from you would be accepted.

I'm ashamed that there is someone here selling things that are
non-transferable and basically taking money away from the Disney that claim
to love so much.
.......since obviously they have nothing better to do than harrass people
>and can't even experience the real joy of Disney (ok, I'll cut the mushy
>stuff...LOL)
You have made as many posts on the subject as I have, and with just as much
frequency I would say you are definitly the pot calling the kettle black.
Seriously......I do appologize to all of you that have to read this garbage
and
>I know myself, this will be the last email I post on the boards regarding
this
>subject.....everything else will be directly to the perpetrator. I
encourage
>you all to just mark the thread read and go on to reading other worth-while
>posting..... =)
I don't apologize at all. This person that claims to love the secondary
market so much possibly cost someone a sale on these message boards by
posting about the Dwarves. When someone did the same to them (and will
continue to let people know when patti's iems can be found elsewhere
cheaper) she could not handle it. She is a hypocrite, and judging by her
postings a blatant liar. Why anyone would do ANY sort of transaction with
them I have no clue. However I am no longer accepting e-mails from this
person so any talking will be done on this board. if you do not like it
there are killfilters available on 90% of newsreaders. Feel free to use
them.
I have contacted WDW via e-mail concerning the wording of the back of the
ticket Patti described. Upon recieving their e-mail I will post the proof to
show beyond a shadow of a doubt that she is lying on this issue. Anyone who
does business with this person does so at their own risk.

Actually it is highly acceptable in todays society and not considered a
curse wrod at all. The new TV standards for example do not change the rating
of a show based on this word, while it does for certain other words used on
here by someone else. What belongs on a newsgroup however is what the one
person decides to post and in their judgment. As i stated in another thread
I would not use any of the curse words most commonly referred to as
offensive (i.e. Carlins 7 dirty words, either of the B's) on a Disney
newsgroup, as another poster did. My main point still stands that Patti
attempted to label me a bigot because of my usage of this word, once again
showing another falsehood she has stated to the group.
