Of blacks and browns

I believe it to be possible, without evidence of sight or sound, that brown people might at times be treated worse here in America than certain black people might be. I furthermore believe that said discrepancy might arise from the possible fact that black people might tend to be more sycophant with regard to white people than the typical brown person might likewise be.
