I posted this message twice on the webbased newsgroups of Microsoft. A few
minutes after it was deleted.

Bill Gates read this -> It is well known that Microsoft and Toshiba are
promoting the less efficient HD-DVD format and that since years there is no
clear winner of the Blu Ray vs. HD-DVD war. This is typically for Microsoft:
slowing down the technical evolution by little steps in order to make a
maximum of benefit. However, the answer of the consumers is clear. THEY DON'T
WANT INTERMEDIATE BULLSHIT. So stop this war by now. Its up to the computer
industry to decide what format is the winner. If Microsoft is interested in
ameliorating its image, it should stop to promote less efficient systems, to
spread its monopole and other consumer hostile practices.
