Almost as annoying is receiving HTML, MIME,
quoted-printable, vcards, "Face:" files as header
lines [WTF? Why do I want to look at your ugly face?
If I want to see an ugly face, I have a perfectly
servicable mirror.], and base64 in my plain text
email client, but Microsoft-proprietary _patented_,
_secret_ encodings are farthest beyond the pale.
