processing power, which essentially chokes the bandwidth, hence the
reason they would have to pay. Or did you just skip the "php" on the

Oh luck isn't really needed. I've actually done it several dozen
times. The fun part is that around 50% of the time they simply pay it
without even thinking. In fact, I've actually surmised that you could
probably become very wealthy by just sending every business under the
sun bills for various "expenses". Best part is you can easily make
them justifiable too, so they can't come back later and whine that you
committed fraud. After all, my time is money, so if for example I
have to wait in line at a bank or a grocery store, well I think it's
perfectly reasonable to expect them to pay for that lost time,
compounded with interest and taxes of course, we can't forget the
government's share of teh loot. ^__^
