Need help designing a logo

I should use. I do have Photoshop but nothing good comes to my mind.
The logo is for a company that needs presence on the web and it should
be something like maybe a skellet or a brain but cool not something
ugly and messy, it should maybe be good to have a body that is kind of
x-rayed so that you can see the bones. I don't know. Can anybody please
help me with that? Howe can I do it in Photoshop? Does anybody have
suggestions? Any kind of help will be very apreciated.

Joe and make a lens filter out of it. Do a self portrait. Import (see
documentation) those 2 images in separate layers. Position just the way
you want them. Filter the heck our of 'em. Make sure you use the ever
valuable Drop Shadow filter. Merge layers. Now here's the tricky part
Emke, stand up and with your right hand going clockwise above your monitor
and your left hand going counter clockwise over your CPU, type the
following with your nose "I feel silly, oh so silly". Presto chango, a
great logo and concept.
I offer this service to you at no charge, but I'm positive that someone
might come along here in just a few minutes and offer you a free logo
already done for you. Use it in good health.

took a look at your logos and they are to fancy. I need something
simple. And because I can't afford to pay I'm looking for advice. I
need help.

Good ideas, good advice is just as valuable as the artwork at times.
If you want a simple logo then do it yourself. You seem to have some
sort of idea of what you want, go and do a drawing of what you want.
