去年軍方為配合政府推廣文創產業，並著眼宣傳推動募兵制，首開同意由民視申請開拍《新兵日記》的首例。雖然
《新兵日記》收視長紅，不過因引發外界不同評價；軍方也擔心即將開拍的《決戰七一四》百年電視劇又遭批評，
特別要求無論劇情和選角都要避免傷害國軍形象。
國軍未曾出資拍攝過軍教電視影集，早年都是大銀幕的《八百壯士》、《黃埔軍魂》等愛國軍教片，到後來雖有
《報告班長》系列搞笑軍教片，但期間國內軍教片原有超過十餘年的斷層，直到去年才又傳出好萊塢名導演吳宇森
這次計畫與國軍合拍《飛虎群英》巨作，目前則還有《海角七號》導演魏德聖已著手開拍的新電影《賽德克.巴萊》，
國防部也提供支援和合作。
國軍大動員支援拍片最後一次是在一九九三年，當時為協助由劉德華與梁朝偉主演的《黑衣部隊》（模仿《捍衛戰士》
劇情），出動了陸軍的UH-1H直升機和M-41戰車，海軍則支援陽字號驅逐艦，空軍還讓劉德華搭上F-104戰機，結果

高雄市長候選人黃昭順昨天上午到文化中心中庭，參加「還我蔣公」活動，黃昭順表示，中正文化中心的蔣公銅像是
全國最大的銅像，有歷史意義與觀光價值，卻被陳菊蠻橫的拆除，她如果在年底當選，將把蔣公銅像恢復。不過，
這項活動並沒有申請，引來警方到場關切，活動也在10多分鐘後草草結束。
這項由市議員候選人童燕珍主辦的「紀念蔣公誕辰及迎回蔣公銅像」活動，昨天上午9點在文化中心中庭舉行，大約
有4、50位民眾和老榮民參加。
黃昭順指出，陳菊上任後，隨即趁夜粗暴拆除中正文化中心蔣公銅像，先「大卸八塊」，再支解成117塊的一幕，至今
仍然讓她耿耿於懷，也傷了很多人的心。她表示，陳菊這種操弄意識型態，企圖撕裂族群的人，根本沒有資格擔任
大高雄市長，選民一定要看清楚陳菊的真面目，不要對民進黨有任何幻想。
黃昭順強調，只要在11月27日當選，她一定立即迎回蔣公銅像，重新修整恢復。

國軍打形象戰 絕不拍搞笑片

去年軍方為配合政府推廣文創產業，並著眼宣傳推動募兵制，首開同意由民視申請開拍《新兵日記》的首例。雖然
《新兵日記》收視長紅，不過因引發外界不同評價；軍方也擔心即將開拍的《決戰七一四》百年電視劇又遭批評，
特別要求無論劇情和選角都要避免傷害國軍形象。
國軍未曾出資拍攝過軍教電視影集，早年都是大銀幕的《八百壯士》、《黃埔軍魂》等愛國軍教片，到後來雖有
《報告班長》系列搞笑軍教片，但期間國內軍教片原有超過十餘年的斷層，直到去年才又傳出好萊塢名導演吳宇森
這次計畫與國軍合拍《飛虎群英》巨作，目前則還有《海角七號》導演魏德聖已著手開拍的新電影《賽德克.巴萊》，
國防部也提供支援和合作。
國軍大動員支援拍片最後一次是在一九九三年，當時為協助由劉德華與梁朝偉主演的《黑衣部隊》（模仿《捍衛戰士》
劇情），出動了陸軍的UH-1H直升機和M-41戰車，海軍則支援陽字號驅逐艦，空軍還讓劉德華搭上F-104戰機，結果
效果卻不如預期，也未對國軍形象有所加分。
至於從一九八○年代開始的《報告班長》系列，由於太過搞笑，後來軍方高層認為有損國軍形象，也開始對支援拍片
感到反感。
更早前由中國電影製片廠拍攝的軍教愛國片，如今則已成為歷史難追憶，前後陸續拍了《八百壯士》等抗日劇情片，
後來還有《青天白日滿地紅》、《揚子江風雲》、《血濺虹橋》、《女兵日記》、《成功嶺上》、《古寧頭大戰》和
《血戰大二膽》等戰爭片。其中在民國六十七年中美斷交後，中影公司特別拍攝《黃埔軍魂》愛國軍教片，以凝聚國人
愛國意識。

高雄市∕黃昭順：若當選 迎回蔣公銅像

高雄市長候選人黃昭順昨天上午到文化中心中庭，參加「還我蔣公」活動，黃昭順表示，中正文化中心的蔣公銅像是
全國最大的銅像，有歷史意義與觀光價值，卻被陳菊蠻橫的拆除，她如果在年底當選，將把蔣公銅像恢復。不過，
這項活動並沒有申請，引來警方到場關切，活動也在10多分鐘後草草結束。
這項由市議員候選人童燕珍主辦的「紀念蔣公誕辰及迎回蔣公銅像」活動，昨天上午9點在文化中心中庭舉行，大約
有4、50位民眾和老榮民參加。
黃昭順指出，陳菊上任後，隨即趁夜粗暴拆除中正文化中心蔣公銅像，先「大卸八塊」，再支解成117塊的一幕，至今
仍然讓她耿耿於懷，也傷了很多人的心。她表示，陳菊這種操弄意識型態，企圖撕裂族群的人，根本沒有資格擔任
大高雄市長，選民一定要看清楚陳菊的真面目，不要對民進黨有任何幻想。
黃昭順強調，只要在11月27日當選，她一定立即迎回蔣公銅像，重新修整恢復。
不過，這項活動並沒有事先提出申請，一開始就有一位文化中心駐衛警到場「關心」，但似乎無法阻止活動進行，後來又
來了4、5位警察，結果活動已進行到最後唱蔣公紀念歌的階段，警方為避免引發衝突，就讓活動結束，才勸聚集民眾離去，
整個活動歷時不到20分鐘。
