A great move. It gave me yet another opportunity to unload some positions I
was holding since July. SELL INTO THE RALLY! catch the short sellers by
the short hairs!

I have had a *VERY* good week {netted $11,584.00}! Man I love volatility, I
live for it! Thanks for playing Zippy. I'm taking the rest of the day off.

Not me Steve, I'm not a short seller. In a market like this I position
myself to take advantage of the short sellers and their stupidity. You
gotta believe in America! This market is a direct result of all the stupid
people who tried to take advantage of the real estate bubble. And all the
stupid companies that loaned them the money. Those dumbasses borrowed money
in Japan at 1% and loaned it at 8% here in America. Then they used the
paper profits to invest in Gold and derivates. Now that the

screwed. Greed is bad, Investing is good. Too bad...it's called

Seriously, please go lay down... and put a hot compress on your
forehead. No one with your delusions could ever be a day trader.

1. Borrowing money at 1% and lending it at 8% would be a good thing.
2. Using paper profits to buy gold would actually be a good
investment.
3. Homeowners default. Speculators and flippers can't default. If you
understood what speculators and flippers do, then you would understand
why.
4. The only way to "have a good week" and make $11,000 quickly on a
down market (which you claimed) is to sell short. That's the only way
to do it. Yet you tell us you don't do that. Puts options might make
you a little money, but it's not likely it'll make you $11,000 in a
week unless you're investing a few hundred thousand, which would make
you one of the mud-dumbest players in the market.

I honestly would suggest you learn a little more before you keep
trying to convince us what a hot day trader you are.

Steve is an aging lardass with one leg and a real obesity problem. He's

evil is a rarity.

My "team"? I don't hate rich people. And the only people asking for
class warfare thus far have been the minority of the rich, the evil,
greedy, money-at-all-costs rich.

I actually blame the played as much as the players. The only reason
most people have become serfs in a de facto caste system is because
it's more comfortable for a lot of people to be told what to do.

As for a respite from the stress of your trading day, well... as a
writer, I know how taxing the imagination can be at times...

>
> The fact remains Milty. You are very limited by your capacity to imagine

I know guys like you exist. Guys who pretend to be something they
always wished they were. You and Canyon have very active imaginations.
What you don't realize, because you're not all that bright, is that
day traders simply do not GET $2.7 million lines of credit. The reason
is simple, and you kind of alluded to it above. Day trading is very
stressful, and once such traders have enough collateral to be able to
borrow $2.7 million to trade, they usually hire someone else to trade
for them, at least most of the time. And let's face it; when you told
Canyon you don't sell short, you gave yourself away, because that's
what day traders DO. There's no reason to be a day trader if your
intention is to buy blue chips and hold them for ten years. What's so
stressful about that? It can only be stressful if you're constantly
timing trades to short sell stocks.

But hey, if you wanna be a rich day trader, what the hell... this is
America; be anything you wanna be...

Golly, I thought Shook claimed to have an education but now he uses
the subjective pronoun "I" as the object of a verb? I guess his
education in English as no better than his education about the U.S.
Constitution.

Perhaps he's just rattled at how acurately I identified his *other*

As opposed to the childishness demonstrated by one who claims he
states "facts" but mysteriously can't show them to anyone and that
everyone else should "prove him wrong".

You're so wrong. You have no idea how stupid you are. I'm going to let you

week when the markets were going bonkers everyone was selling everything
EXCEPT bank of America. With my credit line of $3MM all I had to do was buy
and sell BAC multiple times in the same day. For example buy 10,000 shares
at 47.95 and sell it at 48.75. Wait two hours, buy 10,000 shares of BAC at
48.50, sell it at 49. I did that 6 times in two days, 10,000 shares
everytime. Do math butt boy. It'll come to you, you'll soon understand how

Okay, this my last post to you before I killfile you, because you're
an obvious troll.

I wrote a post that had specific information, and came from a very
specific source. The information is true, verifiable and I stand
behind it. As a "courtesy," I posted the only information I could
publicly disclose, due to the nature of Arbotron's contract with its
subscribers, and the nature of their business, carefully saying that
it wasn't where I derived the information in my original post, but
that it supported my overall contention.

For almost two months now, you have attempted to find an angle upon
which you could poke a hole in this information. You repeatedly call
me a liar, and call my information "unsupported," which is completely
untrue.

The irony in all of this is, you have received a clinic on how AM
radio signals work, and still don't understand them. You make the
incredibly stupid statement that (paraphrasing here) "days in the
summer are the same length as in the winter," despite the fact that I
told you; between sunset and sunrise, a low power station will be
drowned out in all but a very small area, by other stations on the
same frequency.

This is the irony, not that I expect you to get it.

You make all sorts of demands of me, to prove everything that I say,
just because you don't believe it, while you make all sorts of
statements which have no basis in proven fact. First, that I lie. You
say that, as if you have proof. Second, that my statements are
unsupported. That is untrue; I cited my source. That you don't wish to
find out if it's true is your problem. That the ratings were falling
off already, before they dropped Air America. That is possible, but
not supported by the evidence, given the ratings books that I saw.
That days in the winter are the same as summer... pure idiocy,
disproven by any solar or lunar calendar. In the northern hemisphere,
the period between sunset and sunrise (when AM stations lose the solar
radiation shield and change their properties completely) is roughly
6-7 hours longer in winter than summer.

Of course, while you feign skepticism of everything I say (which, btw,
is healthy; skepticism is a good thing, expecting others to do your
research for you is not.), you simultaneously believe pretty much all
right wing spin that is thrown here without question. Not only that,
but you have demonstrated that you believe all of the personal shit
that Canyon posts about me, despite the fact that he knows nothing
about me.

I know that what I put in here is true. You are free to check on any
facts or opinions I post. But let's get something straight here;
saying "no it isn't" does not in any way constitute "debate." It's
childish, and stupid, and it gets you killfiled. Seriously, you've had
your ass kicked here, and you're the only one too stupid to realize
it.

I'm remembering why I left here years ago, and almost never come back.
Usenet is populated by idiots, who think that being right is far more
important than being correct.

It's not.

That's not childishness. That's the way the world works. If I have a
problem with a column that George Will writes, or with something that
Limbaugh, Hannity or O'Reilly says, I don't just call them liars and
make them prove that what they said is wrong. I actually research the
facts and clarify the truth.

That's the difference between you people and most liberals (there are
some lefties who have the same problem); you guys simply shout "liar!"
when someone says something you don't want to believe. We actually
prove that most right wingers are liars. It's too easy sometimes. Like
with you.

Aurora? Because you and I both know that the closest you've ever come to a

Neither is true. You respond to me for the same reason that people can't
stop playing with a chipped tooth. I remind you that you are, at heart, an
