Help - need school building in or close to Hilo

Well, this is my first own post
(hope there's somebody out there who can help)

We are looking for a building/location to run a Montessori School in
Hilo (or close enough to Hilo). We would consider renting (anybody know
of a classroom/a few classrooms that we could rent that are not too
expensive?, a barn or warehouse or whatever that wouldn't take much
remodeling ... ) or buying (if we can afford the price), but not building
(time is getting too short for that), and the time is running too short to
get zoning variations.

Wish I'd started this earlier, but we only found out last week that
we don't have a building/location.
