Who is a Hawaiian? Anyone who lives in, or is from Hawaii,

You must be describing a 'Token' Hawaiian in the paragraph above.
If not, feel free to proudly send in your application for a 40 acre parcel
of Hawaiian Homes Land. I'm sure it's just a formality and the commission
should reward every petitioner with 40 acres coupled with a low interest
home loan and a 100 year lease on that land, if residency is the only
requirement.
