I was in Fairbanks on business and found myself with a little free time. A
co-worker introduced me to the company listed above, located on the corner of
Well St and Good St in Fairbanks. There are some paintings, some prints, some
photos from a guy who takes photos in national parks and donates his profits to
the parks I think. There's a room where some sculptures were being produced.
They do some framework too.

You might want to drop buy there and buy something.

Thanks for the tip Robert. I'd like to check them out the next time
I'm in Fairbanks. I found Well St on Yahoo maps, can't find Good...
looks like it's near the new train station though?

Hi Alan, yes it's just north of the train station I think. If I remember
correctly (I was a passenger) you turn onto Phillips Field Road from Illinois,
turn right after a short distance into a little industrial area, then turn left,
which places you on Well St I believe. Good St is the first intersection you
come to once on Well St. All of these turns are very close together. It looks
like a few young adults trying to make a go of an art shop. If you make it
there, tell us what you think of the finger painting that is on the right hand
wall as you enter. I know nothing about art but I know what interests me, and I
thought it was a nice piece myself.

Sculptures probably wasn't the right word for me to use. The pieces were more
like 3d art I suppose.

If you're familiar with Anchorage, the area is similar to the industrial area
near the ulu factory. Close to the railroad.
