HI!! Does anyone know where I can get colored vellum. I can find
colors like sage, french blue, and a sort of cranberry color. The only
other stuff I found in colors is printed. I want to use this for making
bubbles for my pages or maybe flowers. I like to 3-D effect is seems to
give to the page. I would like to find some pastels colors. Any ideas
on where I could find some? I have checked with Hot off the Press and
others but...
Any other suggestions on what I could use?

Paper Adventures has several different colors of vellum. They call it
Parluchent. You can see it at their web site -
http://www.paperadventures.com . You will have a difficult time finding it
on the web, because they don't sell to internet-only stores. I can't
remember if they have a no-selling-on-the-internet policy or just a policy
to not sell to internet stores.
