screen refresh in corel painter x

Hello.
When I move around in corel painter x, sometimes the screen gets
messed up. One way to recover from this, is to press <Ctrl>-R twice to
toggle the rulers, which has a side effect of refreshing the screen.
Is there any command in corel painter x that will simply allow me to
refresh the screen with a single key or keycombination?

I think its definately a bug from what I have heard, will ask around
some colleagues and see if they have any ideas.....Im sure you have
