Kentucky Bourbon Pie

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 cup chopped pecans
1 6oz pkg. semisweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
1 cup whipping cream
2 tbls bourbon
1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; beat with mixer until
blended. Stir in pecans, chocolate pieces, and vanilla. Pour filling into
pie crust, and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Beat whipping cream
and bourbon until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar beating until soft
peaks form...Serve pie warm with whipped cream.
