Made to measure picture frames?

Anyone know where (brick or online shop) I can get a
single 18" x 22" picture frame made up for not very
much money?
Don't need a mount, but do need an exact size.

Try http://www.fineart.co.uk/ to find a local specialist - we`ve used one
in Warrington for several important pictures (to us) with great results.
The only thing is, depending on the size of the frame you want, it might
be up to about £120... Having said that, the one that cost us that much
included an inner frame and multiple mattes, and was about 3' * 4'
You`ll definitely notice a difference in quality compared to mass-market
off the shelf items.
