◾All entries must include: A valid US or Canadian email address.
◾Entries that do not include verifiable email address will be disqualified.
◾Entries must be received by April 30, 2013. The winner will be chosen on or
about May 15, 2013 and will be notified by email. Winners must be subscribed
to the email list at the time of the drawing.
◾Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations.
◾Entries must be received before contest closing date. All entrants agree
that Sponsor, and all suppliers of prize involved in the development,
product, implementation and distribution of this promotion, including their

claims, losses or injuries of any kind resulting in any way from
