We've had acetaminophen for how many years? And the amount of people
dying from acetaminophen is minimal? It's absolutely absurd that the
FDA wants to reduce the maximum daily dosage. It's just another way of
raising prices and getting less for your money. Don't forget, too much
aspirin can promote a bleeding ulcer. Oh yeah, too much beer can make
you drunk. They better start packaging beer in 6 oz. cans so you'll
drink less.

It's been known for decades (I knew this in 1963 -- I had a work-friend whose

I always suspected the stuff was poison. I remember when it was first being
shoved down our throats in the late 1960's. We were told "it's like
aspirin, just like aspirin, works just like aspirin, just no stomach
irritation."

Who are the freaks of this world who can't take an aspirin because it
bothers their stomach? Are these the same people who order the blandest
Chinese food on the menu and even a sprinkle of black pepper sends them
into a fit?

Acetaminophen is rat poison, plain and simple. Not only will it destroy
your liver but it also causes kidney failure. Walk into any dialysis
clinic and ask the people hooked up to the machine if they took Tylenol,
they will all answer yes.

If you have a headache, joint pain, or any other pain for that matter, take
aspirin, the greatest and safest OTC medicine there ever was.

No, don't blame this on the Obamatron. The government has been moving
in this direction for many years.

They will all answer yes if you ask them if they took water too.

The issues with Acetaminophen have been known for decades, I wonder why
all of sudden the FDA decided it was time to actually warn people about
the dangers in stronger terms. Maybe Obama read the riot act to the FDA
and told them to worry less about the drug companies profits from
Acetaminophen and more about how much all the liver and kidney damage
was costing Medicare!

i think you have to take over a certain amt a day to be in danger w/tylenol.
those of us who down a couple every now and then are in no danger. but
then, i don't just take it because i have a little twinge here or there.

i believe aspirin is associated w/stomach ulcers and maybe bladder cancer.
