For the second time in less than four months an amateur color film
showing JFK in the 11/22/63 motorcade on Dallas' Main Street has
surfaced.

In February it was the George Jefferies footage; and this most-recent
movie was taken by a man named Bob Yeargan.

The complete story can be found at the link below. (Video link showing
excerpts from the film is in the upper-left corner of this page.).....

David this is an EXCELLENT picture here:

* It clearly demonstrates how the back wound could come out thru the
neck and hit Connally in the back. The neck exit had no where else to
go..

* It clearly shows Kennedy's coat bunched up.

* It shows Connally noticeably lower than Kennedy in what appears to
be a dead-on trajectory from the Sixth floor.

* Absolutely no need whatsoever for Canal's theory: "the lengths the
government would go to to make absolutely certain the medical evidence
showed it was consistent with a shot from the sixth floor of the
TSBD."

Another fine post David and it was on TV here in Dallas a few days
ago.

Oh, was it? I didn't realize that. You should have given us a heads-
up. I'm always interested in such things. Or maybe you did, and I
missed it.

David, Ed,

Any idea where the motorcade was on Main Street when this footage was
filmed?

I have no idea. I'll bet Gary Mack would know. Try e-mailing him.

Note the position of the bulge, which would have put the bullet hole 4-5
inches down the back instead of six, as the bulge itself is a ways down on
the back.
You are also assuming that the bulge was equally large at the time of the
shot, and the Croft photo is a bit ambiguous on that point. The definition
is somewhat uncertain, but it seems to show a smaller bulge higher up--also
resulting in a hole 4-5 inches down the back, looking at the clearest copy I
can find.
As for the lineup, running a trajectory through the JFK back and throat,
assuming they were related, the trajectory hits Connally in the neck, not
lower in the shoulder.
