Before you start dancing in the street in anticipation of the release of
Vinny Bugliosi's new book, you may want to check out that interview first.

Vinny thinks all lone nutter writings on the assassination are garbage.
He thinks Posner got everything wrong except that the date of the
assassination and who was killed. He uses no research done by lone
nutters because he thinks it all a bunch of crap.

He thinks his book alone is the true, that his book alone will be the
standard all other assassination books will be measured against, that
his book alone will be remembered 500 years from now.

Basically, he thinks the average lone nutter is a whacko misfit nobody
who has done more to undermine the message than explain it. He thinks
all lone nutters should take a long walk off a short pier.

He also thinks that unless you're a universally celebrated criminal
prosecutor like he, you couldn't possibly grasp the issues in this case.

Finally, Vinny eschews lone nutters because you fail to understand what
this trial is really about. This trial has nothing to do with Oswald's
innocence. This trial isn't about that. This trial is about defending
the government's indictment. It's about not letting people like Mark
Lane, Robert Kennedy, Johnny Cochrane, get the upper hand. It's about
another television and movie deal. It's about Oprah's Book Club. It's
about Leno, Letterman, King, and Good Morning America.

It's about gettting a date with Helen Mirren, maybe even getting lucky
with her on the first date. It's about making enough money to buy Phil
Spector's mansion; he won't need it where they're sending him.

It's about Rock 'n' Roll!

You dig?

Shagadelic, baby!

>>> "Before you start dancing in the street in anticipation of the release of Vinny Bugliosi's new book, you may want to check out that interview first." <<<

Even though, by Ric-Kook's own admission, Ric didn't even listen/watch
the whole thing. I guess 29 minutes was just too long to stay focused
on any one thing. (It's that 7-year-old attention span, I guess.
Either that, or he needed more drugs. Who can know for sure.)

>>> "Vinny thinks all lone nutter writings on the assassination are garbage." <<<

Lookie, kids. Ric's distorting the known facts in evidence--yet again.
What a shocker!!

"Vinny" never once said this in the interview (even in the parts Ric-
Kook admits he never listened to, due to his 11-minute attention
span).

>>> "He ("Vinny"} thinks Posner got everything wrong except that the date of the assassination and who was killed." <<<

Lookie, kids! Ric-Kook is wrong--yet again!

VB never said this about Gerald Posner, you moron. He did say
something similar, however, about Oliver Stone and Stone's movie.

And Ric even has mistakes WITHIN other mistakes. Vince said Stone had
THREE things right in his movie, not just two.

Vince's complaint with Posner is a "lack of credibility" re. certain
issues that VB thinks Posner "distorted or ignored". Try to keep your
enemies straight, Ric. Keeping track of them will help when you feebly
try to shoot back. (I doubt, though, that Ric could shoot himself in
the foot if he had Oswald's 3 shots and 8.2 seconds to do it.)

>>> "He uses no research done by lone nutters because he thinks it all a bunch of crap." <<<

Is it POSSIBLE to be this "Ric-Retarded" (hey, there's a good coined
phrase for the Ric-ster)??

Vince never once uttered anything that could lead Ric to such a
totally-retarded comment like above.

VB will undoubtedly be mentioning the very good work done by other LN-
favoring researchers...such as Myers and Lattimer and the Australian
team who did the SBT test (for a documentary that Vince, himself, was
a part of). He'll obviously be mentioning those people, because they
buttress his own LN position.

And while ripping Posner in one area, he will probably prop him up in
others...such as Poz's detailed study of Oswald--the man. Just because
VB disagrees with SOME of Posner's methods and decisions, doesn't mean
Vince is going to trash him incessantly throughout his book. Vince
even admits that some CT researchers are deserving of applause
(Weisberg, for one).

>>> "He {"The Bug"} thinks his book alone is the truth..." <<<

Not quite what VB said. Again, you're saying things that are not true.
Why you say them...only your shrink can know for sure. (Or your drug
dealer perhaps.)

>>> "...That his book alone will be the standard all other assassination books will be measured against..." <<<

Hey. You got one right. (Take a picture...somebody! This isn't likely
to happen again very soon.)

Yes, Vince said that. And I think he's probably right. I'll know for
sure shortly.

>>> "Basically, he thinks the average lone nutter is a whacko misfit nobody who has done more to undermine the message than explain it." <<<

Good God, those drugs are working their "I SEE STUFF THAT AIN'T THERE"
wonders today, I see.

Nowhere in the interview does Vince even HINT at such an outrageous
thing. Ric, as usual, is acting...kooky.

>>> "He thinks all lone nutters should take a long walk off a short pier." <<<

Goodie. Another lie by Ric. Vince never alluded to any such thing. Not
even close to it in fact.

>>> "He also thinks that unless you're a universally celebrated criminal prosecutor like he, you couldn't possibly grasp the issues in this case." <<<

Nope. Another lie. Vince never once said anything close to this
either.

Can I have some of those red pills, Mr. Kook? I'd like to escape the
world of reality tonight too.

>>> "Finally, Vinny eschews lone nutters because you fail to understand what this trial is really about. This trial has nothing to do with Oswald's innocence. This trial isn't about that. DISCLAIMER: The preceding editorial of idiocy was spouted by a man
(woman? child? aardvark perhaps?) who is way too "high" on something
to know of what his fingers are typing. (Or maybe is just too blooming
stupid to realize he is the disgrace of this forum. Take your pick.)

Therefore, the preceding remarks by Ric The Kook should be taken with
a grain of salt...or taken to the nearest toilet and the handle turned
(twice).

>>> "It's about Rock 'n' Roll!" <<<

Go back to bed. Groden's getting cold.

>>> "You dig?" <<<

Your grave maybe.

Tough shit. You're stuck with it. Because it's the truth.

Look for conspiracy elsewhere. There's none to be found on Elm Street.

BTW, any luck finding all those non-LHO bullets yet? Just wondering
how that search was proceeding?

looks like its taken it toll, eh David? Or, are we getting down to
DaBugliosi's; "...it's more of the same old WCR, folks. Bend over and
grab those ankles --

I'm bring'en'er home for ya! 1600 pages of it, right in your face.
Why, you ask? Because I'm Vin Bugliosi, the greatest DA walking the
planet, that why!"

your losing your composure, David. Just two more weeks then its back
to hawking Helter Skelter...and of course baseball. You still sell
baseball DVD's, right? Or did you give up all to promote DP/SBT/LHO
status quo?
