Is it any wonder ? He's been defrauding the American public about the
JFK Assassination for 20 years +- and has been instrumental in the
American public's misperception about this important historical

a) He crys about doing tests to replicate the SBT until successful
or not , when he knows well no two gunshot wounds , the ballistic ,
medical and forensic aspects are ever identical . Disengenous is to
generous of a word .
b) He served on the HSCA forensic / medical panel and was the only
one to disagree with its findings out of 19 of the best pathologists ,
x-ray , etc. people this Nation had to offer and was also the only
person (*) of those 19 who wrote lurid conspiracy novels based upon
non-sense (See d below)
c) He talked at conspiracy rallys for profit and appeared on tv ,
radio and video's for self aggrandizment and bandstanding to further
promote his own books and video's . He's likened to Mark Lane who saw
the Assassination not in terms of a evil deed out to righted and
figured out , but to be milked for all it was worth until someone got
wise to the game .
d) He has claimed that Kennedy's "back and to the left" motion
indicates a shot from the Grassy Knoll . But when called as a expert
witness in the Menendez retrial , he insisted that simple Newtonian
physics isn't much use in determining how people will react to a
shot . You have to respect a person who has so much gall that he only
tells the truth when under the penalty of perjury and the minute he
walks out of court will either deny that he said what was said or say

e) He participated in a TV special where film was shown of a

f) The expert the conspiracy books are always quoting is Cyril
Wecht, forensic pathologist and long-time advocate of a conspiracy.
Wecht is a competent forensic pathologist where the Kennedy
assassination is not involved . Unfortunately the part of his book

dealing with the assassination is awash in mistakes and inaccuracies .
When Wecht appeared online on the Prodigy service in 1994 , Dr. Robert
Artwohl challenged him on several errors and misrepresentations in the

g) When the Rockefeller Commission (The Commission on CIA
Activities) examined the assassination , in the 1970s , Wecht was an
important figure claiming that there was a conspiracy . Given his good
medical credentials , the Commission made a point of talking with

was released , Wecht fussed and fumed that he had been
misrepresented , and that he had given the Commission much convincing

Talk about weird coincidents in the JFK Assassination , Wecht had
nothing on happenstances of history , this one was actually planned .
The Plan ? Keep the balancing act going for as long as possible .
Never admit defeat but never really try and solve the case either .
When caught telling a big whopper retreat and then declare victory .
He had more bullets doing magical tricks than 5 WCR's but
never did a ballistic test to prove any of his contentions . If he did
the USG swooped down and stole it all and he never reported it or go
figure ?

Sorry garrett I forgot to add that if we start now to get a petition
together to exhume JFK's body , for another autopsy , it might be
ready by the 50th anniversary of JFK's death , which would add another
startling coincident to the case : Wecht should be getting out of jail
by then if he's convicted and maybe he could be on the forensic panel
(*) . Do you think you might join in and sign such a petition or would
you think you might hedge on that proposal ? Just curious .

(*) We could also see if our penal system actually works and
rehabilatates people . The acid test would of course be if he tells
the truth , when he joins in on JFK's 50th annivesary autopsy for old
times sake , or turns around and makes it into another lurid
assassination novella with sinister prison connections and all .

endorsed the technique, but recommended tightening some of its procedures.

What you leave out is there never has been any comprehensive and
meaningful studies of CBLA since it was done exclusively by the FBI.
Thus there is NO body of data for a committee to study, so you claim
it "has been endorsed" in terms of the technique by the NRS means very
little. What were they endorsing? Furthermore, the Committee (on
Scientific Assessment of Bullet Lead Elemental Composition Comparison
at the NRCNA) was constrained by charter to the Statement of Tasks
furnished by the entity commissioning the study (the FBI Laboratory).
The NACDL (National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers) have
said:
"Even though the Committee was inappropriately constituted for the
metallurgy-based challenge, it confirmed major flaws in the remaining
aspects of the forensic practice, to include the basis by which a
compositional "match" between and among bullets is claimed.
Accordingly, the report severely restricts experts' allowable
conclusions in the courtroom for all future testimonies relating to
compositional comparisons of bullets."
Sounds like more than a minor tweaking is needed to me.
