Is Mr. Jesus a licensed practicing attorney? I ask because he knows
not of what he speaks. He seems to believe a murder trial of Mr.
Oswald would be handled in similar fashion to any other murder trial.
The fact that the evidence shows Mr. Oswald ordered, payed for and
possessed the murder weapon in itself guarantees conviction. Throw
out every other piece of evidence in the case and you still have a
conviction. The defense, as it did in the OJ murder trial would have
go to to plan "B". Plan "B" is when the defense attempts to take the
juries eyes off of the defendant and on to somebody else. In this
case, there was nobody else.

It's real fun to be an asshole isn't it Von Pein? Especially, one that
is so fanatical and dishonest, never acknowledging that you could ever
possibly be wrong in any area...

Try again, retard. I've admitted I was wrong (or possibly wrong) on
several occasions. Here are just two examples (one of them from
yesterday):

Almost is the optimum word Tim( Spence, or whathaveyou..the difference
between me and Von Pein is if you say on one hand I am a Ct, conspiracy
nut, whatever and he is a staunch lone nut fanatic I admit I can be
wrong in several areas-Oswald could have killed Tippit, Fired at the
president etc... either him or the double-the problem though with Von
Pein & seems every other lone nutter except John Canal who posts
regularly, is he or she almost could never ever be wrong on any witness,
etc no shades of grey...a superior authoritarian attitude when you are
in the minority why? Which I'm sure strikes a lot of us as a tad
dishonest. IOW- if there is nothing that could convince you of a
conspiracy it's just not quite right....and why are you here one must
ask?
