film)(Two different VHS box-cover designs have been produced; circa

2.) On Trial: Lee Harvey Oswald (1986 Made-For-Cable TV Docu-Trial,
featuring Vincent Bugliosi as prosecuting attorney vs. Gerry Spence as
Oswald's lawyer). .... Actual witnesses to JFK's 1963 assassination
give testimony during this 5.5-hour televised Docu-Trial. ....
Witnesses appearing include: Wesley Frazier, Charles Brehm, Bill

Dr. Cyril Wecht, noted JFK conspiracy advocate, also appears as a
witness. Wecht's confrontation with prosecuting attorney Bugliosi is
truly classic stuff. Mr. Bugliosi is on top of his game when
questioning Dr. Wecht regarding the whereabouts of the bullet which
Wecht claims went through JFK but did not hit Governor Connally seated
directly in front of him --- "It's coming on a downward path, Cyril!
It's coming on a downward path into the Presidential limousine, goes
through the President's body, misses Governor Connally, and MAGICALLY
also misses the driver and doesn't do ANY damage to the Presidential
limousine?! ... What happened to that pristine bullet when it came
through President Kennedy's body?!" .... "So, of the nine pathologists,
Dr. Wecht, you are the only one who had the honor and the integrity and
the professional responsibility to tell the truth to the American
people; is that correct, Doctor? Thank you! No further questions!" ....
"On Trial: Lee Harvey Oswald" is a must-have program for assassination
buffs, with some of the most intense (and very interesting) testimony
coming from Mrs. Ruth Paine, who, even 23 years after the horrible
Friday in 1963, still feels the pain of that day. That fact comes
through loud and clear via her emotion-filled comments to both Mr.
Bugliosi and Mr. Spence during her time on the witness stand. This
whole "trial" provides a fascinating glimpse into history.

truncated version of the White House Tour, despite the packaging which
expressly says otherwise; so, be forewarned of these edits, which are
significant. The entire early portion of the program which has Jackie
giving us a "history" of the White House has been cut out of the CBS
Video version.
