God...lone nutters just cannot listen or understand the simplest of
things..Fuhrman tried to wake you guys up...hello..hello..anybody in
there? Hello..hello..but, it's like talking to a fence..geometrically
and anatomically the magic bullet does not work! Fuhrman of course,
didn't mention some of the strongest evidence that invalidates the
Theory-the complete lack of chain of possession that Bob has done a real
nice job detailing..but, though the rest of Fuhrman's book is the usual
lone nut crap with one caveat,it's not the smug, snot nosed, smarmy,
vertically challenged..I have all the answers and you are a kook, if you
don't believe me Bugliosi style hit job...the graphics, photos, and
afforementioned pretty good section on The Magic Bullet make it
worthwhile if you can get it for about up to 5 or 6 bucks...Laz

Yes, Screen-name person, I remember Fuhrman well from the OJ trial.
His exposed lies about never using the "N-word" helped to persuade the
jury to ignore the evidence and set OJ free to search for the "real
murderer(s)." I put a lot of faith in what he has to say.

Any book that doesn't accept the Single Bullet Fact is not worth the
time of day. Fuhrman's book will go down in the scrap heap of history
alongside another misguided LN book, Conspiracy of One. Both books
arrived at the right place but took the wrong road to get there. The
answer to who killed JFK and how he did it is not multiple choice.
There is only one right answer. It happened just one way. Oswald fired
3 shots at JFK with his Mannlicher-Carcano rifle from the southeast
corner window of the 6th floor of the TSBD. His first shot missed the
limo. The second passed through both JFK and JBC, seriously injuring
both. The third shot struck JFK in the back of the head, blowing out
the upper right side of his skull, and exiting from his right temple,
effectively killing him instantly. About 45 minutes later, Oswald was
stopped by Officer J.D. Tippit for questioning. He pulled his handgun
on Tippit, firing a number of shots, four of which struck Tippit with
one bullet hitting him in the head, killing him. He was arrested about
a half hour later a few blocks away in the Texas Theater. He was
questioned by law enforcement for two days and while being trasfered
to the county jail, an enraged citizen named Jack Ruby slipped through
lax security measures and fired a single shot into Oswald's gut,
severing a major artery, which resulted in his death a short time
later. Ruby was tried, convicted, and sentenced to death. His
conviction was overturned and a new trial ordered, but Ruby died of
cancer before being retried. End of story. Those are the plain,
simple, boring facts. It is the one and only truth. It is the only way
it happened. I know it doesn't make for a very interesting story and
most of it was known by law enforcement within 12 hours of the the
crimes. The assassination of JFK is not and never was a murder
mystery. It was a tragic historical event engineered by an
insignificant loser who made himself infamous through his despicable
acts. It might not be the answer some would like, but if you want to
know the truth, it is your only choice.

Mark Fuhrman's SBT graphics are pathetic. They prove absolutely
nothing.

Anybody can draw some lines on a two-dimensional graphic and claim
anti-SBT victory. But those lines on a 2D piece of paper are worthless
and meaningless.

In his 2006 book, Fuhrman completely ignores every single thing that
makes the Single-Bullet Theory a rock-solid certainty, as I discuss in
detail here:

Mark Fuhrman did what I once did in my earliest days studying the case
in depth. The body of evidence had convinced me that LHO had murdered
JFK but I was still ignorant enough to accept the objections to the
SBT. I attempted to put together my own 3 shot-3 hit scenario and it
was pretty much the same as Fuhrman's except in mine, the bullet
exiting JFK's throat passed over the windshield and went on to wound
Tague. Does Fuhrman address the Tague wounding in his theory?
Eventually I had to pass on it because it just strained the bounds of
common sense. I wish I would have known at the time that I could
actually have written a book about my theory and made a few bucks. On
the other hand, I didn't have the noteriety of having sabotaged the
prosecution of the most famous murderer of the time so maybe it
wouldn't have worked for me.

Tony Marsh has developed a similar follow-the-bouncing-bullet
trajectory. Eventually, commons sense forced me to abandon mine. Marsh
and Fuhrman still cling to theirs.

Yes, on pages 55 and 209 of his book. Fuhrman thinks Tague's injury
was caused by a fragment from the head shot.

And LNer Jim Moore clings to another theory (at least he did as of
1990 when his book "Conspiracy Of One" was first published). He
believes the SBT is true, but he thinks it occurred at around Z235,
which is silly when we look at all the stuff happening to John
Connally EARLIER than that, at Z224-Z230.

Conspiracy of One was one of the first books I had read when I
developed more than a passing interest. If I recall correctly, he
placed the first shot at Z188 and that JFK's reaction we see at Z226
was not due to a wound but a defensive posture after having been
sprayed with debris by the first shot. As silly as it sounds now, I
didn't dismiss it out of hand because it was not the first time I had
read that theory. I want to say it was in Death of a President but my
memory on that is very hazy. Someone had sent me a video tape of the Z-
film that showed it in regular speed, slo-mo, and close-up. I have to
say that in slo-mo, the theory almost looks plausible, but when you
run the Z-film at normal speed, JFK's reaction cannot be reasonably
interpreted as anything but a reaction to a severe gunshot wound. This
was also before I became aware of the two most important clues in the
Z-film, the bulging of JBC's jacket and the flipping of his right arm
which together pretty much lock down the SBT.

It was the early 1990s before I was even aware of those. Do you know
when it when it was these clues were first noticed and do you know who
should be credited for it?

In article <22627-4BB...@storefull-3252.bay.webtv.net>,
lazu...@webtv.net says...

Well, when it becomes clear that you can't explain the known evidence, the only
thing left to do is to avoid that evidence.

And if you cannot - as in a live forum here, the only other tactics are lying
(and hoping you won't get caught) and ad hominem attacks.

You *certainly* cannot say "I don't have a reasonable and non-conspiratorial
explanation for that..." (even though it's the truth...)

Answering bigdog -- No, I do not know.

But the "sprayed in face by concrete/fragment from the missed shot"
theory is just ridiculous, IMO.

For one thing, what are the odds of the ONLY person being affected by
this amazing "spray" turning out to be the EXACT PERSON WHO WOULD BE
KILLED BY BULLETS SECONDS LATER?

Are we talking OJ DNA numbers here (or close to them)?
