The Assasinations (DiEugenio, et al, 2003) Amazon.com Sales Rank: #97,802

Reclaiming History (Bugliosi, 2007), - Amazon.com Sales Rank: #182,732
today, Sept. 9, '09. (Available new for $19.95 plus $3.99 shipping - such a
deal!)
Hmmmm. Not sure, but does this mean that DiEugenio's 2003 book (also
available new for $19.95) is presently outselling Bugliosi's two to one??
?
?
?
?
Apply those same criteria to Popular Music sales and let me know if
you still agree that "the masses know best."
P.S. What is the actual "units per week" difference between rank #
97,802 and #182,732? Surely you've researched that, no? What is it?
1.2 copies per week, maybe?
I think Vince Bugliosi knew his book wouldn't be a huge seller,
because it's a book that had so many built-in things going against it
right from the get-go (and Vince certainly knew these things to be
true prior to the book's May 2007 release):
1.) It's enormously and humongously huge.
2.) Its MSRP is quite high ($49.95).
3.) Its subject matter ("Oswald Was The Lone Assassin Of JFK") goes
against the grain of approximately 75% of America's population.
4.) It's not a "Harry Potter" book.
But "Reclaiming History" is an excellent "resource tool" and reference
type of book.
CTers disagree with my last sentence (naturally). But, in the final
analysis, the protestations of conspiracy-chasing kooks matter very
little in the grand scheme of history....including the history (and
truth) of the JFK assassination.
"Many more people will see the [HBO] miniseries than will read
the book. With the integrity that Tom [Hanks], Gary [Goetzman] and
Bill [Paxton] bring, I think that we will finally be able to make a
substantial dent in the 75% of people in this country who still
believe the conspiracy theorists." -- Vincent T. Bugliosi; 2007

yeah sure he did! LMFAO! Face it.... you blew it, the internet PR side
for Reclaiming History is/was a disaster -- when it comes to
publishing disasters this one heads the list....

sure he will... gotta get the project in front of cameras, FIRST. My
sources say it ain't gonna happen... Does Spunky *Dale* Myers have
anything to say?
<snip the nutter-troll lunacy>
>>> "My sources say it ain't gonna happen." <<<
Healy's "sources"! LOL.
Would those be the same "sources" who think that Rosemary Newton is
just a "figment of [my] imagination"? (Quoting Healy-Kook from a few
months back.)
What's not to love about conspiracy kooks (esp. one named Healy, whose
feet [both of them] permanently reside deep inside his mouth).
shithead you haven't been able to deliver on anything, A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-
G.... why shpould anyone believe you have contact with anything other
than an adult blow-up doll -- Get real shithead!
I see that Healy's feet (both of them) are still deep down his gullet
(as per usual).
Thanks for not disappointing me, Mr. Crackpipe. You're wrong
again...as always.
(I sure do wish Healy would tell me to "nad up" again pretty soon,
though. I always look forward to reading those two words from a 50+-
year-old man.)
Although 99% dead from the neck up, he's only in his mid-sixties.
Therefore according to Richard's implied point and thanks to his
tortured logic, a book like "Twilight" is a far superior book to "The
Grapes of Wrath" since "Twilight" currently ranks higher than
Steinbeck's classic.
The future of America is doomed.
then leave shithead, we've no need for wandering morons such as
yourself in the good old USofA.... TA!
