There is a fascinating 3-DVD collection (at $10!!) called "The Fight for the
White House: 1952 to Today," which includes some rare JFK campaign material,
ads, the first Kennedy-Nixon debate, a short film about JFK's election, and
a very rare campaign ad from 1956 in which JFK and Adlai Stevenson discuss
peace. Total time: 489 minutes.
It is up to date enough to include primary ads from this year. It has
election ads from every election during the period covered, as well as other
films.

Thanks very much for the heads-up on this DVD, Martin.

I always appreciate "FYI" threads like this one regarding audio/video
material relating to JFK. And this 3-Disc set is an absolute steal at
$9.98! Even if you throw away 2 of the discs, this would be a good
deal!

Thanks again, Martin. I'm ordering my copy from Amazon now.....

Now, for my DVD "Recommendations Of The Day":

"JFK EXHIBIT: 1963 SECRET SERVICE RECONSTRUCTION FILM" (released by
The National Archives).....

Plus:

The CBS-TV "Warren Commission" special from 9/27/64 (also via The
National Archives series of on-demand DVD-R discs).....

Hi Martin,

Thanks for providing the information. Very interesting!

The links that Martin Shackelford, the CTer, and David Von Pein, the
LNer, provide regarding availability of resources are very useful to
anyone interested in the case. Just my opinion, of course.

BTW, I bought a cheaply packaged DVD in Australia recently entitled
*JFK Assassination Conspiracy*. Turns out that this is Groden's
*Assassination Films* on DVD! Very worthwhile purchase with the
ability to flick between the various films using the main menu.

I would not have known what this was without the information
previously provided on the newsgroups by other posters.

Hi Tim,

That sounds exactly like the "Assassination Files" DVD from "Delta
Video" that came out in 2003 (link below). It, too, is merely a re-
packaging of Mr. Groden's "THE CASE FOR CONSPIRACY: THE ASSASSINATION
FILMS".

It's a good DVD though, mainly because of the very thing you alluded
to, Tim -- i.e., the ability to have all of the various films in one
place, on one DVD, with "chaptering" capability. (Just don't listen to
Bob Groden's narration during the films. That could induce sickness.)

now all you have to do is come to grips with the simple fact of
conspiracy. Then you can throw away the Prozac. You world will return
to normal, you can THEN walk the streets of Melbourne...

See, all you need is a CT to straighten out your world
