The real question is why anyone would ignore the Autopsy, and over 40 medically
trained eyewitnesses, in order to place the wound using Zapruder as an
authority...

anywhere near where the Parkland people placed it.

That Ben Holmes (a mega-kook) thinks the autopsy-report location for
the "chiefly parietal" exit wound corroborates (in even a small way)
the PH witnesses is quite telling. It's telling me that Ben is--you
guessed it--a CT-Kook.

ever since you admitted you couldn't explain the HUGE disparity
between the A-P x-ray photo and the death stare photo.

It would seem that you'd need to come to terms with that before
faulting others on their head wound arguments. In other words, you
know there is a HUGE disparity...you have no explanation for
it...therefore, you shouldn't be making arguments about the head
wound. PERIOD.

Any arguments that one wants to make about the A-P X-ray do not deal
directly with the point I was making above about what is written in
the AUTOPSY REPORT itself.

And that autopsy report does not come close to placing the kind of
large, gaping wound in the RIGHT-REAR of John Kennedy's head that the
PH witnesses described. It just does not. Period. (CTer foot-stomping
notwithstanding, of course.)

Funny but nearly ALL of the autopsy witnesses interviewed by the HSCA
agreed with the Bethesda witnesses that there was a large gaping wound
at the rear of the skull.

occipital, yet there's *NO* portion of the occipital that cannot be seen in the
BOH photo. Those who'd seen JFK's actual wound all seem to hypothesize that the
scalp was pulled up over this wound... not that the wound didn't exist in the
*BACK* of the head.

All the qualified experts (except perhaps Mantik) who've seen the
originals agree that the photo was taken from the front and shows the
top of the head with the scalp reflected down over the eyes, so I'm in
pretty good company. Ben's *Lady in Yellow Pants* theory, on the other
hand...

Yes, the autopsy doctors could have done a better job when they
described things to the various Government panels after 1963. No doubt
about that.

Because it couldn't be more obvious that the doctors must have been
high on some kind of loopy gas when they all seemed to want to place
the entry wound on the back of JFK's head in a location where any
sensible people (like Michael Baden and the other FPP members of the
HSCA) know beyond all doubt that it never could have possibly been
located (i.e., at the hairline area of JFK's head).

The 1963 autopsy report itself (which states that the entry wound was
"slightly above" the EOP) confirms that Humes & Company were mad as
hatters when they later claimed that the dried brain tissue at the
bottom of this photo represented the entry hole in Kennedy's head:
