Conspiracy Kooks must really, really despise this critical fact. And
it is definitely a "fact".....
All of the ballistics evidence in the case is either conclusively tied
to Oswald's MC rifle...or is consistent with having come from that
rifle.
And the odds of this being the case IF bullets from multiple guns had
struck the victims must be quite low indeed.
Anybody got those odds?
(Let me guess....the Feds hid all the non-C2766 bullet
evidence....right?)

final summation to the jury in *On Trial: Lee Harvey Oswald*.
Seemed to work, too, as they SWIFTLY convicted the transparently
guilty little disaffected Marxist malcontent, Lee Harvey Oswald, of

Sure would be nice if Toddy actually stepped up to the plate, and debated the
testimony of those who were intimidated by the FBI.
It would prove that he has at least a modicum of honesty.
But I won't hold my breath - Toddy got caught in an historical inaccuracy - he
asserts that there was no FBI intimidation - yet the actual eyewitnesses say
otherwise.
