Great question Gil! CD whatever's are pure drivel so they are easily
ignored, but Von Pein puts so much thought and energy into his, yet
they are really no better than CD whoever's. When you do respond to
Dave's (when you have a few hours free and the fortitude to answer a
never-ending post) he then just ignores the answers since he can't
refute them. Therefore, he is really left with debating with himself
under the guise of debating with "CTers" from some other board.
