Ruth Paine & The Gray Book

On the micro-question "did Ruth Paine have a gray book entitled "The Queen
of Spades" ,by Alexander Pushkin, that had previously been in the possession
of Lee Oswald, on her bookshelves in 1967?" :
Was Ruth aware of any such book of Lee's existing, prior to her Warren
testimony in March 64?
Ans: No.
Did she see any such book, in Russian, Swahili, Serbo-Croat or English,
belonging to Lee, at her house, prior to 22/11/63 ?
Ans: No.
Was she aware that Oswald even possesed a single book, prior to this
testimony?
Ans : No.
The relevant passages are below.
If the book Mary Ferrell thinks she saw there in 67 actually once belonged
to Lee, a very good question would be "How the devil did the damn thing get
there between March 64 and Xmas 1967?"
Another would be "How did it get there without Ruth being aware of it's
arrival?"
Another would be "If there was such a book there in 1967, wouldn't the
obvious conclusion be that it belonged to Ruth, and just happened to be the
same old (gray) edition that can still be found to this day, by anyone with
the motivation, with a little work?"
(Skeptics will claim this to be a monumental co-incidence, apparently
believing that there were hundreds of editions of this totally obscure book
in print in the US in 1963.)

belonging to Lee, at her house, at any time prior to March 64.
Whatever Mary Ferrell really saw on the bookshelf, it had never been in the
possession of Lee Oswald.

But of course, all the lies told were just by way of protecting a
former house-guest (though only their God knows how or why since he
was well and truly six feet under), perhaps mixed with a little guilt
that maybe, just maybe, they could have prevented the former house
guest/lone nut from doing the ultimate deed.
