It seems the CIA and the front companies are left out of the current
news accounts, not to mention the controversy of using a single engine
Cessna for the job rather than a beefier Beech King Air.
Not on my webpage but relevant to the hostages is "Plan Columbia", the
program used to finance the spying. A "Plan Mexico" was recently
authorized, though they don't use that name, but rather “Mérida
Initiative”. I suspect but have no proof that the CN235 aircraft seen
around Nevada will be part of Plan Mexico.
