Yes, that's the Delamar cemetery:
Some odd directions listed on that site -
" ...the site as it is about 35 miles from the
Crystal Springs cutoff on rather changable roads
and through a few dry washes. This is Four wheel
drive travel only after you exit the Extraterrestrial Highway.
Delamar is off US 93 approx. 16 miles west of Caliente, NV.
Drive about 15 miles south on a gravel/rock road to Delamar. ..."

Yeah, that ghost town website has a few ghost towns on restricted
territory. Why they do that, I don't know. They also have the
location of Belmont quite wrong. They put it near highway 50.
It could be possible that the TTR lets ranchers on the range with a
minder. I ran into a guy doing a bird count survey. He was allowed to
stay in the mancamp at Tonopah. The group did have a minder. I should
mention he was retired, but a formerly an electrician that wired up
the barns for the F117s. So it's not like he was never on the range.
Steve Medlin and crew can go beyond the border. I know at Bald
Mountain, Steve just gets on the radio and calls security so they
don't have to come out to investigate who tripped the road sensor.
They run two different buses for Groom.

I don't recall much rough rock for Delamar. I suggest using off-road
tires when going off road. ;-) SUVs come with street tires, Very
annoying since you have to dump them on day one and collect what you
can get, or try to use the street tires at your own risk. Unless you
are on loose soil, street tires on a 4wD is pretty good for off road,
as the tourists can testify. But street tires can't take rocks and are
useless in loose soil
