How many of these owners went through the whole process of getting
forebearances, loan adjustments,
negotiated short sale, etc.?
How many just stopped making payments?
What has "the government" to do with this?
I want to see much more detail on these foreclosure statistics. I
want to know the average time since the last payment,

Here's an example of what's happened with disability insurance, for
example. Things got so bad with UnumProvident Corporation, the largest
disability insurer, that even the government eventually sued them, as

the technical aspects of most of your postngs are generally well
taken... the gloating about the misfortunes of others though is a
trait you display and one ive seen dramatically in some other indians,
some who owned a restaurant and gloated openly about how badly they
treated their help (other indians).. ruthless and abusive...

I have seen such tricky questions and avoided filling up the form or even
talking to them altogether.
Sometimes, the fact that the cost is covered by insurance means that people
have less interest in making sure that there are no superfluous charges, but in
the end the result is increase in premiums.
