Images not showing in IE8 always

Hi I have few ASPX pages developed in Visual Studio 2005. When the page loads in IE8 (not all systems) it doesnt show the image first time. When I refresh the page the images appear. This doesnt happen in IE7/ Firefox/Chrome. Anybody has any solution for this. Please let me know urgently.
