deconfusion request - McAfee VS 7.

I've written to McAfess no reply. My subsciption is about to run
out. On the McAfee page
http://us.mcafee.com/root/package.asp?pkgid=100&cid=9901

They have choices:
Annual Subscription US$39.99
Download US $49.99
Package US$59.99

What's the diff between "Download" and "Annual Subscription"

...is "Download" the s/w only w/o updates?

PS: I thought that when VirusScan 7 came out that the annual fee
was about $15.00 for the annual subscription.

The difference is this:

Download = Downloading the entire product of the latest CS, which isn't
necessary in your case.

Subscription = A subscription to download updates for another year
using your current version of VS. (recommended in your case)

Package = The latest version of VS on a CD in a box mailed to your home.

I'd be interested to know the typical price in the USA for an unlimited
node site licence for McAfee AVD, having just negotiated such a deal in
the UK.
