Try thinkDB. It does all this and more. www.thinkingbytes.com.

ThinkDB together with ThinkDB Sync will synchronise to an Access
database. This sounds like what you're after.

One key field and one memo field...
Hmmm. Sounds like a category in Memo Pad, to me.

I have been using thinkDB and it has met all of my database needs. I think the major flaw it has is
that it doesn't allow you to layout your forms the way you want.
Ciao . . .

hi, i use HanDBase. uses half the amount of ram thinkdb does (or
somewhat near that) and u can calculate between different fields.
also, the accompanying desktop companion is just awesome. recommended
for few databases. u cant load a 370k app like thinkdb for a few small
dbs, can u? i think HanDBase does all i need it to do, give it a try

Sounds like it's a perfect application for List DB by Andrew Low
http://www.magma.ca/~roo/list/list.html
List DB is freeware, and has only three fields per record. The user
may define two of those fields. Largest field, the undefineable one,
happens to be a memo field that may hold up to 4k per record. The
program also includes a desktop module that is quite well done and
there even versions for Mac and Linux, as well as Windows.
It's a suprisingly versitile and clever concept. It's described in
detail, along with about a dozen Palm OS data base development tools,
in the current issue of HandHeld Computer Magazine. I'm told it is now
or is about to be on the shelves of major book sellers such as
Borders, Barnes and Noble, etc.
There are actually quite a few different Database applications
available that will sync with Access, I will give you a list:
Handbase for the palm and Handjet for the PC
Jfile for the palm and Jetfile Pro for the PC--
ThinkDB for the palm and ThinkDB Desktop for the PC
and maybe even CrannPalm.OCX

Other than not being able to line up fields individually, I think the
form design is quite good.
