Problem with Q2009 R7. I am seeing different behavior on an XP machine and a Vista machine. Say I have two accounts, Savings with $1000 and Checking with $5000. QD2009 suddenly started notifying me that I have unread mail when I'm exiting. I looked at the mail and it shows one message back in 2000! How do I make that go away -- DELETE doesn't work, even with a subsequent 1-step update. I believe this might be connected to a financial institution that appears in my update list. Q10 Locks up during backup

I am backing up to my home network desktop computer from my laptop computer. I have done this for years now. I have Vista on the Laptop and XP on the desktop. Which ever computer I have done my work on, I choose to back up to the other computer. I am backing up to something like \\Desktop\MyDocuments\Quicken. This... more »

I am helping a friend. We both have Quicken 2010 R2, using Windows XP Home. I have the action bar, the tool bar,the account bar docked on the left and tabs all showing. Hello Since quicken is no longer supported in the UK does anyone know of the restrictions of installing the US version on a uk computer? I notice the software is available in the UK and I am not particualy interested in using any online facilities. Hello Since it is no long available in a UK version, to what degree will a curent US version of Quicken work in the UK? I am not interested in accessing any online facilities but someone told me that it won't even run on a UK computer? Can anyone shed any light on this? I am very grateful for any help.... more »

Still can't WebConnect - Any ideas?

Been back and forth with quicken support. I can't web connect with my two accounts at Chase - checking and savings. Formerly WaMu accounts. It doesn't even appear to be at the point yet where QW is making a connection to my bank. As soon as I hit enter for my vault password, Quicken closes.
