One Step Update Summary Error?

For some reason, when I download transactions from a financial site,
the download works with no problem, but the "One Step Update Summary"
page appears at the end with a "Quicken.com" error at the bottom. The
error is:

I have been downloading my credit card transactions from Elan
Financial Services to Quicken for a number of years. About 4 days

For many years I have kept a Quicken account called Rent1, and
reconciled it by hand with the bank's records called 8600...
This year I started downloading account 8600 from the bank, and I
stopped reconciling.

Income and Expense by Category

In Quicken 2012, I want to do an income and expense report by
category, but Quicken insists on counting inter-account transfers as
income for the receiving account. I tried customizing the category
list and checking only the income stream I want but no dice.
How do I include only *real* income?... more »

Printer Setup

Whenever I print a report, Q displays a screen of printing setup
options. However, the "Page Scaling" is always grayed out.
Is there any way to scale a printed report?
(The problem arose when a neighbor reported that his printed report had
"Page" at the top right instead of "Page 1". etc.... more »

Changing From Schwanb to Royal Alliance

I just moved all my holdings from Schwab to Royal Alliance. Using
Quicken 2013 Deluxe, I created a new account for Royal Alliance, and
Quicken then downloaded all the mutual fund current share amounts to
Royal Alliance as additions.

2013 Reports

I recently loaded my 2012 Quicken file into a new install of Quicken
2013 Deluxe. The reports are blank and when I try to customize them
nothing happens.Everything else came over fine. Any ideas on ho to fix
this problem?

Bank of America Credit Card Transaction Update

I am running Quicken 2010 and when I try to download credit card
transaction (any of the cards). The message I get is Quicken is currently unable to verify the financial institution
