I had the same problem. I'm able to see the statements on my 2 former MBNA accounts on BoA's
award-winning web site and even download the QFX file for my latest statement. Following the
instructions on BoA's award-winning web site on deactivating the MBNA online services in
Quicken, associating the accounts to BoA, and reenabling the accounts resulted in failure.
Double clicking the downloaded QFX file also doesn't work. According to BoA's (apparently
non-award winning) telephone tech support, former MBNA account holders have to wait for a
full cycle for the online downloads to work. Curiously, they define a full cycle as that
point where *two* native BoA statements have been received for the former MBNA account.

So, now we former MBNAers have the benefit of "improved" paper statements (defined as a very
small font fuzzily printed on Soviet-era bathroom tissue grade paper with all sections of the
statement placed as closely together as possible) and no access to downloadabe statements for
the next two months.

This transition is incredibly poor even for the banking business - more appropriate for Billy
Bob's Savings and Piggy Bank than a large bank like BoA. Personally, I'll probably not be a
BoA customer anymore by the time they get this mess straightened out.
