Double clicking the downloaded QFX file also doesn't work. According to BoA's (apparently non-award winning) telephone tech support, former MBNA account holders have to wait for a full cycle for the online downloads to work. Curiously, they define a full cycle as that point where *two* native BoA statements have been received for the former MBNA account.
