Hello --
Example of a block in qfx file of downloaded credit card:
<STMTTRN>
<TRNTYPE>DEBIT
<DTPOSTED>20130106120000[0:GMT]
<TRNAMT>-496.00
<FITID>2013010624755423005130059668914
<NAME>STAR ELEVATOR INC
</STMTTRN>
Date and Payee for the transaction import correctly. Can anyone tell me if there is a setting I have to change, or if a workaround exists?

Have you verified that there is not a second downloaded transaction for same
date/payee and $0.00?
What happens if you create a New (test) Quicken file; setup the Chase
account in that file; and import that QFX file into the new file?
