Unable to "Sell All Shares In This Account"

Hello:

There is a check box option in the transaction dialog to "sell all shares in
this account". I would like to use it to try working around a problem
selling my existing shares of a security (see earlier post).

Anyone know what causes this box to be grayed out?

Maybe a silly question, but did you select a security? You can't use
it to sell all the securities in an account. You have to use it to sell
all of a named security in that account.

Thanks Charlie; yes I was trying to sell a named security in list; happily
I got it to work after several times. Finicky.
