As a starting point, since you didn't mention it: What is your screen
resolution, especially vertical. Maybe the information you are looking for
is off the bottom of your "window".
You might have accidentally hit the small down-triangle at the far right end
of the bar below "Downloaded Transactions"; that collapses the lines you are
looking for. Click that triangle again to expand that panel.
Which version of Quicken. (Probably doesn't matter, but we never know.)
