One Step Update Summary Error?

For some reason, when I download transactions from a financial site,
the download works with no problem, but the "One Step Update Summary"
page appears at the end with a "Quicken.com" error at the bottom. The
error is:

A red circle with a "!" in the Center and Quicken.com as the title
Expanding the item and I see the following:
"Portfolio Sync You need to select accounts to Export"
--------------------------------------
What is the cause of this and how do I correct it?
