I converted a personal/business file with no apparant problems but
when I converted a much smaller file that I maintain for a club,
customers and items do not show when trying to complete an invoice.

Is there a switch or something that causes that? Anyhting I can do
beyond reentering them?

You could try re-installing the older Quicken version, and Validating a
Quicken Copy of your old version data, then converting the Validated Copy.
No guarantees.

Sounds like a Quickbooks question ("items" is a QB term), not Quicken. But
what do I know? I called for Nixon in 60.

Quicken H&B (and above) has the ability to define "invoice *items*".

Ah, true. I ran H&B for a while and forgot about that product. Tnx for the
clarification, John.
