Shouldn't be too tough to do. If your old version is
located on your hard drive, rename that directory so it
won't somehow get overwritten. Once you install the
program, be it 2003 or a newer version, don't run it instead
close it. Move the "Data" and "Backup" directories from
your old install to your new one. After that run the
program. It should offer to import your old files. If it
doesn't, then use the "Open" command under the "File"
selection on the tool bar. Then browse to your current data
file. That should get it working. I've used these 2 methods
since Win 95 and Quicken 2000. They've served me well.
