They call themselves AAA because that puts them alphabetically near the
top. Good to catch people who look up recycling in the yellow pages.
Quicken thinks you are aiming at the American Automobile Asociation, I
think. Best advice I would have is to rename the recyc ling company in
your Quicken to "Recycling AAA". Quicken then should not have a problem
remembering.

I did have the one time problem when AAA recycling changed its name this
year.
To answer your question, either make it a memorized transaction or a
scheduled transaction and it will resolve your issue.

I think the AAA start of the file name confused it, but try and see.
Have you checked the entries in the Memorized Payee list? This type of
problem can be caused by incorrect information in this list. I scrub this
list periodically and delete the extra entries.
