Hi All, In QB 2009 Enterprise Edition, I am not able to eMail invoices unless I give the user(s) (Windows) admin privileges over the computer. Bill for Fixed Asset Items
|
| |
Why won't QB let me enter a Qty in a bill for Fixed Asset items? We purchased 4 reserved seating signs at $15.44 each. Should these be Fixed Assets, or are Fixed Asset items only intended for larger, more expensive items? Dean

Duplicating previous entry
|
| |
We are using QuickBooks 2009 in a psychotherapy practice. The same patients are usually seen weekly, although the day may vary, and the visit is entered directly into the ledger. Since the same charge, description, etc. is entered each time I assume there is a keyboard shortcut to duplicate the previous entry, but I have yet to find it. I will appreciate any help.... more »

Add-on access with QB Enterprise?
|
| |
We have an application that puts bills into QB via the SDK. We're looking into QB Enterprise and wondering how add-ons work with QB enterprise. We want the office admin to be able to use the add-on to add bills to the company file. Does this mean we need to install the company file with the QB Ent server on her PC (as a multi-user host)? or can she... more »

Closing a payroll schedule?
|
| |
In QP Pro 2008 we run a weekly payroll but somehow QB failed to close out last weeks payroll schedule. I've looked in the help menu but I can't seem to find a way to close it without running a check. Will it automatically adjust if I just run an unscheduled payroll? Or if not how do I get it to close out last week and continue on to this week?... more »
