Pc Plus Magazine offer

Hi All,

I recently received an offer from PC Plus Magazine stating that they
would like to include my shareware program in a CD they bundle with
their magazine. The deal is that you have to give them an older
unrestricted version of your program and they will also include your
latest demo version on the CD. They also offer some coverage in the
magazine.
I was wondering if anyone had tried this and what were their results
