SWREG Forcing Discounts at Authors Expense Without Permission

In the last 24 hours, SWREG(Part of Digital River) enabled 20% discount when
a user adds a product to their shopping cart and doesn't proceed to the
checkout. The user gets SPAM asking the user to come back. This was enabled
WITHOUT NOTICE to authors and WITHOUT PERMISSION, and yes I am subscribed to
their newsletter, and checked my Junk Email folder, and nothing was
mentioned about this.
When I logged in yesterday, everything was normal. Today, I got the
following window after I logged in:

It's telling me that the discount was already enabled for my account, and
giving me 3 choices:
1 - Set Discount. The percentage can be changed.
2 - No Discount Required. The user still gets an email to come back but
without a discount offer.
3 - "Please turn off Recovered Order Email Campaign".
The first two choices are presented with clear to see buttons, the third is
obscured and virtually hidden, it's in light gray color on white background,
so it's very hard to see. I am sick and tired of this company. This is not
the first time they did something without permission. Few years ago they
added a confusing link to customers when they order about special offers,
all to make money, as if monopoly isn't enough. Go with a payment gateway,
there is no need to pay this middle drunken with power man.
