I am a long-time customer of ShareIt and have been trying to
contact them for the last twenty days about an issue with
an order. I've tried all possible contact points and so far
have not received any response from them.
This situation is starting to make me worry about the
company's health.
Has anyone got in touch with share-it lately?

Did you contact them through the Online Form?

Indeed, it used to be something like that. Over the years I had to
contact them
many times and they always responded within a couple days.

I tried the Contact Form in the Control Panel and also emailed
authors@... ,
accounting@...., processing@...sales@... Furthermore, in case it was a
problem on my side, I provided them three alternative email addresses
to reply to, including ones at hotmail and gmail.

I've been travelling abroad for the last seven months. So far,
payments
have been credited to my US bank account as usual. I've been here
many times and had never had a problem like this one before.
